The role involves managing quality frameworks, coaching teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent service excellence aligned with client expectations.
Work Details
- Up to PHP 100,000 package (PHP 93,100 basic + PHP 6,900 allowance)
- 100% Onsite – Mandaluyong or Robinsons Omega
- UK/US shift (midnight to night shift)
Qualifications
- College undergraduate (minimum 2 years completed); associate or diploma courses accepted
- 3–5 years of Quality Manager experience in a BPO industry is required
