Position: Quality Manager - Manufacturer
Location: Industrial Estate in Prawet area, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust quality standards and inspection protocols across every stage of our production process, from initial casting to final checks.Manage and mentor our Quality Control team, ensuring efficient inspection schedules and that every product meets both our rigorous internal benchmarks and customer expectations.Design, implement, and maintain our end-to-end quality assurance framework, including documentation, training, audits, and corrective action procedures.Take ownership of customer complaint resolution, investigating root causes, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring professional and timely communication.
