Compensation
₱80,000 to ₱85,000 basic salary
₱10,000 allowance
Qualifications (Strict)
Minimum 4–5 years experience as Quality Manager in BPO
Must have at least 4–5 years tenure in one company
Strong experience in QA frameworks, calibration, audits, and process improvement
Exposure to healthcare account is preferred
