Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of an integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262, including defining scope, mapping end-to-end processes, establishing controlled procedures, and setting measurable quality and safety objectives.
Act as Management Representative for ISO certification and external audit activities.
Develop and maintain core QMS processes including document control, change management, risk management, internal audit, and management review.
Define supplier quality requirements, manage quality agreements, and establish OSAT performance metrics.
Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions, including 8D and CAR processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance quality and operational performance.
Manage customer complaint handling, field quality issues, and product traceability systems.
