Job Summary

In this position you will report directly to the Quality Lead – Assembly and be responsible for manufacturing quality readiness of the Welland facility. You will support quality processes related to the manufacturing of new units and collaborate cross‑functionally within the Waukesha business unit. Your role involves applying and expanding knowledge of quality theories, analytical practices, continuous improvement concepts, and coordination principles to deliver high‑quality products while ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures.

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
