OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Quality Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of production processes on their designated shift. This role involves monitoring product quality, training personnel and providing work coverage for QA inspectors (Filament Winding, Pultrusion, Order Prep Assembly), Lab Technicians and Resin Blenders. The incumbent will work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards, troubleshoot quality issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
