**Responsibilities**:
- Plans, performs, and implements improvement initiatives across the organization by following Lean Six Sigma framework
- Monitors project performance in cooperation with the Project Manager/Production manager/ Product Owner and ensures that preventive and corrective actions are implemented
- Identifies opportunities for improvement; unites HERE process performance & industry standard frameworks to drive prevention of Customer issues
- Accountable for project level results, personal and team goals
- Facilitation of Issue resolution per customer escalation in cooperation with the resolution team and ensures that preventive and corrective actions are implemented
- Conducts process mapping and identifies waste in process steps
- Implements gap analysis and propose solutions to improve process efficiency
