This is a contract position for 18 - 20 months.
Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, the individual will be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and documenting product quality and food safety throughout the manufacturing process. This role ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and a strong food safety culture.
Based at our Mississauga facility, this role is part of the Quality Control team and will be responsible for reviewing obsolete inventory for viability & potential usages, investigating into Quality-related Inventory discrepancies, and managing non-confirming inventory. The role involves close collaboration with various departments including Manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, Purchasing, Customer Service, R&D, Regulatory, and Sales.
