Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, WIP, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Identify faults and support root cause analysis for non-conformance
• Prepare test reports and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct calibration of testing instruments and equipment
• Support customer inspections, audits, and certifications
• Maintain proper documentation and follow SOPs and HSE guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in quality testing within an industrial environment
• Strong experience in lab testing and customer inspection
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 preferred)
• Good communication and time management skills
