Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process specifications.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth new product introductions.
Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of process control, quality standards, and lean principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
