Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the Qualtrics platform (configuration, users, roles, access) Create, maintain, and troubleshoot surveys, including complex logic and flows Support workflows, automation, and system integrations (APIs, BI tools, data platforms) Build dashboards and reports validate and troubleshoot data issues Provide second-level support, including debugging surveys, workflows, and platform issues Perform testing and ensure data accuracy and quality before deployment Requirements
Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM (XM / XM Discover) 3 years in integrations, automation, or platform support Strong experience in survey configuration, logic troubleshooting, and data handling Familiar with Excel/BI tools and ticketing tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
