Job description - Oversee and improve back-office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement
- Provide reporting and decision-making support to the management team
- Manage and optimize internal approval workflows and authorization processes
- Handle escalations from various departments and drive issue resolution
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and compliance standards
- Manage HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes
