Duties: Work both independently and collaboratively to complete analytical tasks from end-to-end with minimal guidance. starting with problem identification, analysis of data, and formulating concise conclusions with actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends including the performance of lending product strategies and recommend new portfolio lending strategies. Develop project proposals, perform data mining, and build predictive models such as clustering and decision tree analyses to uncover customer behavior patterns and enhance customer segmentation for targeted marketing. Conduct strategic analysis and generating thoughtful recommendations, build and optimize lending strategies, and work with partners to get strategies implemented.
