HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Survey Manager - LD to oversee the quantity surveying activities related to the line design (LD) aspects of our projects. This role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and ensuring the financial integrity of line design projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all quantity surveying activities related to line design projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports specific to LD scopes.
- Oversee contract management, including the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and change orders effectively.
