Job Details - Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting for construction projects.
- Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor project costs and progress, providing forecasts and reports to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Conduct valuations and process contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
