Our client, an A1 main contractor is currently looking for candidates for the position of Quantity Surveyor (Project Based).
Responsibilities - Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final account
- Maintenance of project documentations
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Management or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
