Overview Desert Man Transporting and Contracting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing infrastructure and construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure, utilities and civil construction projects with excellent knowledge in quantity take‑off, cost control, variations, subcontractor billing and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare quantity take‑offs from drawings and project documents
- Monitor project costs, budgets and material quantities
- Prepare interim valuations, invoices and payment certificates
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
- Handle variation orders, claims and cost analysis
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement and planning teams
