We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic and driven construction consultancy, working within our Private Sector team, supporting on the delivery of large scale, complex and innovative commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage cost plans, life cycle costing, cash flows and benchmarking using software such as Cost-X and BIM
• Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, procurement reports and manage the full tender process including evaluations and reporting
• Obtain supplier quotations and maintain accurate cost databases and risk registers
• Lead post‑contract duties including valuations, cost reporting, change control, final account negotiations, and evaluation of variations and claims
