They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a large residential development project, which includes a health centre and school.

Duties

• Financial cost control of current contracts
• Financial reporting of current contracts
• Improving financial return of current contracts
• Delegation and mentoring of junior staff
• Cost control of building contracts
• Providing cost advice to Contracts Managers
• Purchasing and negotiating Subcontractor orders
