We are currently recruiting a detail-oriented and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with specific experience in Corporate interior fit-out projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost aspects of interior construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money, cost control, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage project budgets, track cost variations, and conduct regular cost reporting.
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
