Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Design & Build Company We are a growing Design & Build company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support tendering, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, material sourcing, and quotation management for commercial, retail, and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities Tender & Costing
Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and competitive quotations. Analyze project scope and identify cost risks / opportunities. Work closely with management to strategize pricing for tenders.
BOQ & Measurement
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and material schedules. Verify measurements from drawings and site conditions. Track variations and additional works costing.
