Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial and contractual processes across projects.
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts from inception to completion.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate commercial risks.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
