About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support project delivery across Johor, with occasional travel to Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects of MEP works across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation , including Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications
• Support the tendering process , including evaluation and comparison of subcontractor submissions
• Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and submit progress claims, valuations, and payment certificates
