Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

The UK Build North Business is looking for Quantity Surveyor's to join the team. We have positions available on a large Build scheme in Manchester. Working alongside the Project Director, the role will be working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk. The team are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to make a step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor in the near future.

Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
