Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor – MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & Security Systems) is responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects related to MEPFS works in construction projects. The role ensures accurate cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, valuation, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage cost and contractual aspects of MEPFS works
• Ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting
• Control costs and perform valuation
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle

The QS – MEPFS works closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial efficiency and commercial compliance of MEPFS packages.
