Job Description
- Measurement of quantity take-off of civil, structural, architectural, external, and MEPF Services
- Verify and check all bills of quantities and measurements.
- Prepares pre-contract cost advice, such as preliminary cost estimates and cost plans for the Client's budget considerations
- Prepares tender documents, including the drafting of the Main Contract and the General Conditions of the Preliminaries
- Prepares complete tender reports, including detailed examination and evaluation of all tenders
- Prepares Contract Documents for the PEC Head review and approval
- Drafts contractual and General correspondence to PCM Head, Project Manager, Contractors, and Design Consultant
- Conducts Site Evaluation and monitoring of Contractors' monthly progress billing for the recommendation of payment of Interim Certificates
