Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement activities across all projects, including requesting quotations, performing price comparisons and negotiations, processing purchase orders, and managing related post-award documentation.
Assist in the development of site budgets for newly awarded projects to ensure project expenditures remain within approved allocations.
Obtain quotations and market pricing for all trades to update the pricing database, ensuring Requisition of Purchase Order (RPO) rates and future budget rates remain within acceptable limits.
Secure additional quotations for comparison and verify exclusions in site quotations for RPOs to prevent future additional costs.
Coordinate and compile updates on trade award status against the master programme in collaboration with site personnel.
Conduct negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions prior to award.
