This is an 80/20 split that offers variety in day‑to‑day tasks, ideal for a commercially astute construction professional who can manage the full quantity surveying process while also taking ownership of project delivery responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams across a range of commercial construction projects.
