Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
- Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
- Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
- Experience in tender preparation, measurement and estimation for earthwork / civil engineering / A&A projects
- Taking off quantities
- Compile RFQ, submit the quotation and submit the relevant documentation
- All other QS related job
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building / Architecture
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proactive and good communication with Client to meet the deadlines
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical
- Applicants must be willing to work in SENOKO AREA
