The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on sub‑contracts for the project.

• Procurement including quantities take‐off, compilation of relevant specifications and requirements, forming of work matrix, obtaining quotations, preparing cost comparison and putting forward recommendation to the management for the award of the sub‑contract.
• Managing the sub‑contract subsequent to the award, including payment, evaluation of variations, etc.
• Carrying out other cost estimates and evaluations as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

• Educational level and field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: minimum 3 years related to civil engineering or a similar role.
• This is a contract position for 1.5 years. Candidates must be willing to commit to the 1.5‑year contract period.
