Responsibilities Manage contractual correspondence to ensure claims notifications are submitted promptly within contractual deadlines Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule and monitor certification status to secure timely payments Compile and finalize project accounts accurately and to ensure completeness Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract terms Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification as per contract requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor in the Construction sector Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office application. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
