Possess Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or its equivalent One to two years working experience is required in pre-tender & post-tender of schools, condominium & other building projects. Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill. Able to multi-task, initiative and driven to learn Must be organized, independent with minimum supervision, good sense of responsibilities and resourceful Knowledge in ISO will be an added advantage Able to start work in short notice
