Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation. Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurement. Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Manage progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts. Prepare cost comparisons and submit for management approval. Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution. Monitor budget usage and report on financial performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant contractual and legal requirements. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline. Minimum 3
