Position Summary The incumbent will participate in tender exercise, prepare Bill of Quantity and budget estimate. Perform budget control for projects and submission of claims in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - To review contracts and ensure progress claim submissions are processed in a timely manner, based on contract stipulated due date.
- Follow up and ensure payment certificates are received on time from clients
- Work with Management on contractual issues
- Evaluate sub-contractor claims and Variation Order (VO) with cost benefit analysis
- Sourcing of supplier and negotiation for best rates
- Assist in handling and managing all cost aspects of project from inception to completion
- Assist Director/Sales Team in costings relating to sales enquiries and to prepare, monitor and submit quotations to clients, in particular for customized project.
