. Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
. Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations
. Assist in tender preparation and submission
. Analyze project specifications and drawings
Post-Contract Duties
. Monitor project costs and cash flow
. Prepare progress claims and payment certifications
. Evaluate variation orders (VO)
. Manage subcontractor claims and payments
. Track project budget and forecast final costs
. Prepare final accounts upon project completion
Contract Administration
. Prepare cost reports for management
. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
. Handle disputes and commercial negotiations
. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and site team
Reporting & Coordination
. Review construction contracts
. Attend project meetings
. Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients
