Job Summary

Interior Fit-out Quantity Surveyor responsible for tender preparation, site coordination, quantity verification, progress claim submissions, subcontractor and supplier management, and cost control to ensure projects stay within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support project bidding
• Conduct site showrounds to assess project requirements and conditions
• Verify quantities and submit progress claims to track project financial status
• Manage subcontractor and supplier claims to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project deliverables and resolve issues
• Control project costs to maintain expenses within the allocated budget
