Job Description
Responsibilities - Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities for M&E trades
- Attend site visits, if necessary.
- Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation for M&E trades.
- Analyse and compare quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing for M&E trades. .
- Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to ensure completeness of tender documents for submission and timely submission.
- Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to clarify and resolve Tender Questionnaires issued by Client/Consultants.
- To seek clarification and confirmation on Tender Questionnaires from supplier/sub-contractor.
- All other adhoc work assigned.
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry
