Job Description
Responsibilities - Senior Pipeline QS with expertise in pipeline activities collaborating closely with Field Engineering Procurement Cost Control Construction and Contracts teams to manage quantity and cost control workflows.
- Skilled in identifying project risks based on contract documents schedules and deliverables ensuring minimal cost and schedule impacts.
- Proficient in submitting fortnightly risk reports and mitigation plans aligned with EPC/Contractor performance.
- Experienced in developing strategic plans and advising management on cost-controlled solutions for claims raised by contractors while cross-checking MTOs with AFC drawings to update procurement needs.
- Strong knowledge of project design methods construction monitoring and lifecycle planning from quantity and material scheduling to coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (piping mechanical civil E&I).
