Location

We are recruiting an experienced Quarry Manager to lead our friendly operations team at Tarmac Ballidon Quarry near Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The site is accessible from Wirksworth, Matlock, Carsington, Buxton, Bakewell, Derby, Chesterfield, Burton‑upon‑Trent and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be accountable for all operations on the quarry.
• Maintain safety and operational standards, cost control, people management, delivery to customer needs, and performance improvement.
