What is the role all about?

As our Quarry Operative , you’ll be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of mobile plant machinery, providing cover at other Hills Quarry sites as and when required.

What you will be doing:

• Operate fixed and mobile plant as instructed by the Quarry Manager, in a correct and safe manner.
• Carry out repair and maintenance work on fixed and mobile plant.
• Provide cover for the Foreman or Weighbridge Operator in their absence.
