Job Description
Duties: You will be working with many people include, R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI to support the following efforts:
- Oscilloscope calibration (all active families of Client's products).
- Oscilloscope and QUADS software Installation/Reinstallation
- Oscilloscope and QUADS hardware service coordination
- Oscilloscope application validation and issue submission
- Oscilloscope attendance. Narrow down what the issue is on a scope and provide the instrument to our local team to fix.
- Make sure the equipment that we used with the above equipment is operational.
- Help with the imaging to SSDs that go into the equipment.
- You will need to work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.
