**Job Summary/Purpose:**

Provides first line supervision of Entergy full time and temporary Radiation Protection Operations personnel in a safe, productive manner. Supervises the daily RP Operations tasks including on shift activities. Manages multiple and possibly conflicting priorities.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**

+ Is proficient at managing a multi-disciplined group possibly including union and contractor oversight.
+ Maintains an excellent understanding of the work management process.
