This role is responsible for supporting the performance, reliability, and quality of cellular networks through both field-based activities and technical analysis. The position involves working with radio frequency systems across a variety of environments, combining hands-on investigations with data-driven insights and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of cellular network performance, including radio frequency signal assessments, coverage validation, and identification of interference or coexistence issues
• Perform site-based activities such as radio frequency measurements, inspections, and technical investigations across indoor and outdoor environments
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve network coverage, stability, and overall service quality
