SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours: 5x8, Mon-Fri 3p--11p, with possibility of 10 hour shifts if there is enough staff.

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

" BLS

" Pending License Accepted:- Virginia state license required. Any active state license (in hand) is accepted. Virginia will grant emergency authorization to travelers with a license so they can work while their permanent VA license is processing.

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Fluro and OR experience Required
Experience with Siemens -strongly preferred
