Flagstaff, Arizona Overview The Radiologist is responsible for interpreting complex diagnostic imaging studies and providing timely, accurate evaluations to support patient care. This role involves reading a wide range of imaging exams including CT scans, ultrasounds, and radiographs, as well as consulting with physicians to determine diagnoses and treatment plans. The Radiologist plays a key role in managing patients across the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic imaging studies across all body systems
- Provide consultative support to physicians regarding radiologic findings
- Recommend appropriate imaging studies based on patient condition and history
- Correlate imaging results with clinical findings and other diagnostic tests
- Document diagnoses and recommendations in patient records
