Job Description

• Responsible for performing and completing the Responsible Business Services (RBS) Audit specified in the RBS-P-GEN-01 known as the Quality Manual for RBS operations and other audits assigned, and conducting specific training programs.
• Assist in marketing the division’s services to clients and coach auditors under training or supervision.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conduct and complete audits as a team member or team leader in accordance with RBS Global Procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011, and company documented procedures.
• Perform desk study of the client’s code of conduct on Social, Technical, Quality, Environmental, Security, and Chain of Custody audits.
• Prepare audit reports and itineraries as required.
• Conduct audits on site or remotely according to procedures.
• Prepare and complete audit package within the specified turnaround time.
