Job Title: RBT Trainer

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one onboarding and training sessions with RBTs
• Train RBTs on company systems, processes, and session note requirements
• Guide therapists through software usage and workflow expectations
• Answer questions related to processes, documentation, and ABA operational procedures
• Support RBTs during onboarding and early-stage integration
• Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for therapists
• Assist in maintaining training materials, guides, and onboarding documentation
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training milestones
