Responsibilities
Lead research for the MicroE Business Unit to deliver strategic growth targets from innovation, including incremental pipeline value (IPV) and funnel health.
Support assigned swimlane activities and customer interactions/trials in the development and commercialization of new products (NPD) and continuous improvement products (CIP) by defining and deploying device and cleaning strategy aligned with corporate and business unit objectives.
