We operate role-based learning & development, knowledge management, scientific and therapeutic area training, library and subscription services, and enabling technologies.

The Senior Manager, R&D Knowledge & Learning Capabilities Lead serves as the architect and optimizer of the Knowledge & Learning operating system.
