R&D & Robotics Manager

Responsible for driving innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the Company's construction operations. Identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing construction technologies, robotics, AI solutions, and productivity‑enhancing systems to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Lead research and development projects, collaborate with project teams, technology partners, government agencies, and academic institutions, and oversee the deployment of robotics and advanced technologies on construction sites.

• Develop and execute the Company's innovation and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct research on emerging construction technologies, robotics, AI, IoT, BIM, DfMA, and automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency through innovation.
